I do not know the most famous movie or tv phrase but I do know the most common one.... It is .... "Are you ok?" or variations thereof. A better line would be..... "What is wrong?" ....because the "You OK?" phrase is usually asked when the person being addressed is obviously NOT ok...

The current issue of The Economist has a sex-positive cover story about sex workers around the world with some very interesting figures on rates and how review boards like this one is making it more convenient and safer for sex workers. Worth a look at most libraries or good magazine stores.
