Go to petro-Canada and get a prepaid sim card. No need to spend extra $ and buy a Prepaid phone just to get the sim. Absolutely no ID required. If your old phone is already locked to Rogers, no need to unlock it as petro Canada runs over the rogers network.

MSC. it is my first and only nomination. For the several bookings I had this year all were exactly on time except one because of traffic issues during which I was promptly kept in the loop.

As others have said, verification websites seem to be the way to go in the US. In many cases also, if you can provide referrals from other SPs that will work as well. As for quality SPs in the US, I would disagree that Amercian SPs are inferior. My number one absolute ATF, now sadly retired...

I think, at least from what I've heard from some indies, is that the reference is sometimes just to confirm that someone is indeed serious. A couple of indy SPs have told they they receive a lot of dummy bookings
