Thanks for the inputs. Looks like I am on the wrong then. So if this happens again, I'll just pay the full booking fee and tell the lady I got an emergency that just came up and will try meeting next time.

I understand girls need their privacy and they don't show their faces. But what happens when you do meet the lady and she's just not doable for whatever reason? Is the client still expected to pay the full booking price or is there some fairer handling/middle ground for this kind of situation...
