Clean, yes. Shower and bedroom that are clean is important. Nice? Meh. If the place is clean and the service is good, I'm fine.- privateplease31

What's your favorite quote and why?"
One of my friends used to say "Qui ne pète ni ne rote est voué à l'explosion.", I'd translate that to "The person who never farts nor burps is doomed to explode." It always resonated with me. We all are human. Respect yourself, but don't take yourself TOO seriously.- privateplease31

New Montreal Restaurant Thread
St-Denis has been dying for the past 10 years. Leases are so expensive that unless you are well established (L'Ile Noire, 3Brasseurs, St-Bock, etc.) or appeal to a large group (Turbohaus), you have to close.- privateplease31
