I echo what many have said on this thread: I would want to know if there is something about me that is making the date unsatisfactory so I can fix it. I want to be the best client I can be in all aspects.

I tend to agree with you, Robert. I don't feel very optimistic about the border opening back up until we have a vaccine, which sucks :( It is probably the right decision, but it is still a huge bummer. I miss Montreal . . . .
