Without a condom

A man who refuses to wear a condom during sex despite a request to do so by his or her partner should be guilty of sexual assault, the Supreme Court ruled in a decision handed down Friday.

The Supreme Court of Canada rules that when a person is required by their partner to wear a condom during sex but does not do so, they could be guilty of sexual assault.

What do you think?

I think it's fine under these conditions:

  1. The woman gets the man to sign a form promising to wear a condom before sex begins.
  2. The man's signature is notarized.
  3. There is photo/video evidence of the man inserting his penis without a condom in the woman's vagina.
  4. There are at least two impartial witnesses to the sex act.
  5. Within 24 hours of having unprotected sex, the woman must report the unwanted, condom-free sex to the Canadian Organization for Nonlegal Deceptive Outlawed Manhood (CONDOM).

At least two of those are common fetishes. This plan might actually work!

No condom, that's for sure, otherwise no sex, if the partner absolutely wants a condom.

Seriously do you think a guy who doesn't want to put on a condom is going to want to follow this long protocol?

To ask the question is to answer it.

Cambodia is not Quebec.
If you catch it doesn't really matter does it. If it is out there it is going to be everywhere just a matter of when.

Given how some Montreal/Quebec escorts are willing to go that route and some out openly advertise so darn head shaking. I see shit like this and I am like are you out of your effing mind?!?!?!

Are you serious in asking this question, you really can’t tell when someone is being sarcastic this bad.
Back to the subject, no question if a condom is requested it should be used, but there should be more to getting someone in trouble with the law than just the word of the woman.

Cambodia is not Quebec.

The man contracted the disease after having sex with a sex worker in Cambodia without wearing a condom.

This is why you should always wear a condom.
This has got to be the most ridiculous reply in a very long time.
Have you heard of planes, look at Covid it didn’t originate in Quebec did it.
Monkey pox didn’t originate in Quebec either.

With all this crap going around, I've been getting tested every 6 weeks (especially since I had a couple condom mishaps recently). As a fat old guy getting tested every 6 weeks, I'm sure my doctor knows what I am up to

Speaking of which, do any of you tell your doctor you are seeing prostitutes? :p

I think it should be called ILLEGAL APPROPRIATION. Certainly not sexual assault. Let's be serious.

Seeing prostitutes is not the main concern. If you have multiple partners who se multiple partners, the risk is the same.
Please let's stay on main subject. A man who refuses to wear a condom during sex despite a request to do so by his or her partner should be guilty of sexual assault, the Supreme Court ruled.

This has got to be the most ridiculous reply in a very long time.

In 2019, Cambodia is still ranked among the world's poorest and least developed countries.
This poverty only accentuates the phenomena linked to the sex trade and the vulnerability to it.
Poverty is not the only reason, it is also explained by the high corruption in the country.

Pedophile sex tourism in Cambodia has increased following the strengthening of repressive measures adopted by the Philippines and Thailand to combat this phenomenon.
The sale of the virginity of young girls is a very present problem in Cambodia.
Families will sell their daughter's virginity for money.
They are often poor families like there are many in Cambodia.
Young girls often accept because they have to help their family financially.

I didn't write that without checking.

According to you my comment has nothing to do with it.

So you think it's the same in Quebec?

Now it's me who finds your comment completely ridiculous.

In today's trend in legislation it would probably be considered as such.
It should be but it will not due to gender. As Like_It_Hot wrote, in today's trend it would probably considered as Illegal Appropriation and he is right. I just wanted to point out the double standard.

I agree. I hobby a lot in Montreal because most SPs are very very safe.

I would never hobby in Cambodia or Thailand. Most of them go bareback, huge health concerns there.

The whole point was about wearing a condom.
It makes no difference where you are you really want to role the dice just because you are in Quebec. Good luck.
We are already taking chances with BBBJ and other oral activities but no I would not see an SP anywhere without a condom for FS.
I will agree that your chances of getting something is much higher in Cambodia but that wasn’t the point. For starters I would never go near a prostitute in Africa or any other third world country.
