It really depends on each individual provider. I personally don't mind as many shots as the client wants, but some people prefer 1-2 shots per hour and that's ok too, everyone has their own comfort level.

I think this is something you need to discuss with a provider that you're booking.. No reputable provider will kick you out after 45 minutes, unless you're being disrespectful. However, something like msog during a long booking in my opinion has to happen organically. It all depends on chemistry, comfort levels, etc. You also have to be ready to initiate it and to be communicative. My main concern isn't really that I want to get my money's worth and milk the provider for every penny I paid - it's more that I really like the idea of a 2-3 hours session to be able to have lots of foreplay and take it slow but the providers I'm looking at on Tryst seem so stunning that I don't think I'll be able to last more than 45mins without a shot on goal lol.
