Actually one of my clients plays in a band. I've asked him before if id be welcome at one of their shows and he said he would have zero problem with it. Now I really want to attend one...
I was briefly in a band. We played 3 shows. We weren't very good. I was super excited when a couple of women I knew showed up to see us. I'll bet your client would love to see you there.

It’s rare that meet clients that like it but I really like to fuck on the tempo lol. It’s very hot.
My first few meetings i would actually bring a small CD player (with speakers) and i would burn myself compilations (yes still have these lol). The first escort i saw in Montreal (2nd total, but first outcall) was more of a "punk rock" style so i think she didn't mind the music (or even liked it). But the second one i saw seem to hated it lol. Asked me to lower it and such. I think this is when i stopped doing it "automatically". But once an SP asked me to put some music, it was before i had a cell, all i had was my laptop and i had just formated it not long ago, happened the only thing i had in it was a Cannibal Corpse CD ...told her what it was... and she said it was ok...(lol), it was kinda awkward to have sex over that, even if i like the music... I guess in general for me it was more of a "bucket list" thing to have sex over some metal/rock music.

Nowadays to be honest i prefer the good ol silence. I noticed SPs sometimes put music during incalls. Most of the time its not too loud so i "roll with it" .. but obviously i don't like the same type of music they usually put on (its often club music or such). Worst is when you having a good time banging and an artist/song you can't stand start... yikes !! lol

Now im curious on that... Question for the SP. If you put music and a client ask you to turn it off politely mentioning he does not like that, how would you react? Would it be a mood killer and/or would you do it? I think the very first incall where an SP put music i asked her to turn it off and she said she likes to have music when doing it and she ask me if she could just lower it (thanksfully it was low enough i could phase out of it) and i didn't wanted to kill the moob so i agreed.

I know it may not be everyone that is like that but personally on top of no music i prefer a maximum of light. Why? Because if i book a super hot woman for a lot of money, i want to see the most out of her when we have sex. I been to some incalls where it was way too dark and i had to ask to put more light. But even tough its related to ambiance (wich music is too) its technically another thing that could be discussed in a different thread.

I am an older metalhead who recalls the glory days of the Mustache, the Fortifications, the Brick, the Black Light, and a slew of other heavy metal clubs in Montreal. I lived the lifestyle throughout the 1980s and into the 1990s. I miss the long hair down to my ass and the good times with metal babes.

The Mustache on Lambert Closse was the place to be seen. They had an excellent happy hour from 8-10 pm, and the first set started at 9 pm.

I saw many great Canadian metal bands come through the Stache, including Anvil, Coney Hatch, and Helix. Any metal band that played the old Montreal Forum across the street stopped in after their show to see the new up-and-coming Canadian metal acts. I met Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, Ratt and Judas Priest, among others, there in the mid-1980s after their Forum shows.

Anvil wrote their classic song March of the Crabs as an ode to the Mustache. Bands that travelled and played the Canadian circuit at the time were booked from Tuesday to Saturday, and if from out of town, stayed upstairs on the second floor. It was a disgusting, filthy place with several mattresses on the floor and a place to get crabs. This is why Anvil wrote March of the Crabs.

Long live Heavy Metal!

I’m newly a fan of Metal of all kinds but my thing right now is death metal. I like the energy and for a weird reason that is calming me when I’m anxious. It’s rare that meet clients that like it but I really like to fuck on the tempo lol. It’s very hot.

I was at the Foufounes and was a regular there for years when it opened in the 1980s. At that time, it was only one room and slowly grew to its present size. I'll never forget Gros Michel, the doorman, as well as Mitsou, who hung out there regularly. There were so many cool people that hung out there, and it was a crossover crowd that drew punks, skins, metal heads, alternatives and everything in between.

The Piranha I have been to, but it is a new bar with no track record and not my cup of tea.

Yes Of course I love metal , I travel a lot to Canada to see Mayhem in Montreal, last time I saw them was in Theatre Beanfield , I also a big fan of Cannibal Corpse, Ammon Amarth, Burzum, Septic Flesh, DarkThrone, Brujeria, Asesino, Thell Barrio , Through Torment.... (The last four bands are proudly from my beloved Mexico)

There is another Band that I enjoyed a lot that is called Haggard, and Lacrimosa, I absolutely recommend them, if you can understand German.

I leave you a video from Through Torment.

Turbo haus is also an excellent show bar, they dont exclusively have metal shows but they do have a lot.
They have a lot of local and regional acts that come and play and destroy the place (in the best of ways).

There are two excellent shows coming up in august, one at turbo haus (august 16th) featuring biipiigwan a great metal band from ontario.
And august 23rd at petit campus, featuring the Great Sabatini who have consistantly been voted loudest and one of montreal’s best metal acts. Both of these are increasingly rare occurrences as both bands have been playing less and less lately .

I suggest checking them out on bandcamp.
