It's not because they are gen z in my opinion... Most 18-19 year olds are just simply too young. A lot of them can't be good SP they are just beginning and have 0 experience either in their personal life or as SP. You can't be blaming them.. But you're right that not seeing SP under 25 is probably a good solution.
