Read: Orgy. There are a few indies (and some agencies, at least in Toronto) that organize these events. Usually at least a 1:1 sp/client ratio and there will be at least a couple hours of play time sandwiched in between some social time with drinks/food. I've never been to one, but there's one coming up that will be my first. Last couple I've seen in MTL were organized by April Killian or Rae Vines.
