Makes me think, You ever get that spot stimulated? I always heard that it has positive effects on prostate health/function (not necessarily free of cancer risk obviously) but also read somewhere just regular evacuation was enough... when done gently by someone who enjoys it, I thoroughly enjoy from time to time.

I too have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate 7 years ago.
2 biopsies and a bunch of MRI's and scans later, no cancer detected.

I recommend you do more research before going through your procedure. Harvard did a very large study following a few thousand men. Half did and half didn't go through the surgery.
The results will surprise you, you might reconsider. Of course each person deals with different symptoms and quality of life effects.
Urologist always, ALWAYS default to surgery.

Hey DDM, you got this. If you've been told you have a tiny cancer, I'm guessing it's maybe Stage 2 prostate cancer. I was diagnosed with Stage 2 back in early 2025 and underwent a procedure at the JGH where they killed off the cancer cells but I ended up losing about 30% of my prostate during the procedure. I absolutely hated wearing a Foley catheter for the week after surgery (I would have gladly sacrificed a testicle rather than endure the discomfort) and after that, it was a good six months before I was up to hobbying again.

The thing about losing 30% of my prostate was that my ability to produce pornstar-level ropes of cum pre-surgery (my pride and joy, hahaha!) is now a thing of the past. Had a great surgeon, so no issues with incontinence, erections, or the ability to orgasm. Phew! Hang in there and feel free to DM me if you have any questions. Peace.
