One of my clients was kicked out of his hotel room but that’s because they believed I was underage

A very good friend of mine worked in hotel receptions (Delta) for years, before COVID though. But he was telling me that they knew, even nodded to the ladies at times when they knew them enough, but that the only thing the police was asking them is to watch out for underage. They didn't care about anything else.

A lot of stuff goes on in hotel rooms. Listening to his stories, you can appreciate that SPs are the least of their concerns....

I don't know if things have changed since, but I would not think so unless law enforcement policies have changed enormously.

I worked at the front desk of an hotel 15 years ago. I wouldn't mind at all. One day a guest requested me to book an sp for him. I didn't but I printed few adds so he can call. Got tip for that

I know it's been a while, but front desk clerks remain humains. Making trouble is not part of their task. Worst case they judge or get offended.

Fun fact is that in Thailand, the hotels are required to log and keep the government IDs of all "guests" that could potentially stay overnight. They will then call your room to ask if you are expecting a "guest" and only if you say yes, they will allow the individual and only that individual up to your room. This is actually for the guest's protection and will not reveal the worker's name either. When they leave, the guest gets to take their ID back.
