Yup and forgot to state the obvious but indies are just by themselves and no safety net in case of issues.

It's sad news and that's why when I can I try to listen to people. Sometimes people don't share their struggles out of fear, discrimination, being looked down, etc. And sometimes a little attention to someone can make a huge difference.

Yup but I have the impression that with agencies the booker or someone is not far. So if anything goes wrong the lady can ring that person for help.
