No agency owner can force a girl on his roster to be GFE against her will. Nor is any agency owner obligated to put any escort on his or her roster or schedule. My guess is the major agencies remain with GFE service one way or another.

I would add that if an agency allows some girls on a roster to be non-GFE, then the trend or pull will be towards non-GFE assuming rates are the same for both types of services. And if restrictions re suddenly introduced, then that’s a concern. I’m not comforted by what you are saying may happen.
