Yes often but I ordered from downtown or a populated area. Never tried from a place where restaurants are a good distance from my place Also Pizza Pizza has a “30 mins delivery or it’s free” policy…or at least it did a few years ago

The difference is that we don’t have to give anything to an agency owner. I think anything under $20, keep it for you, it would be kind but wouldn’t make a significant difference It’s best if you keep that money and book again another time instead
