Reviews are just a source of information, like pictures, social media or private discussions. They give as much information about the reviewer than the reviewee. Sometimes even a bad review written by some members can incite me to meet someone. It's just a testimony of what happened between 2...

I enjoy reviewers who explain the connection (or lack of) they had with a SW. On the other hand, i dislike acronyms and "list of positions" reviews that don't really provide any kind of relevant info to me.
