Yeah I have had generally good experiences with the agencies on here. It was my first time booking with this agency, and I just don't know what happened.

Fair lol. I'll do that. I wanted to check to see if this is something that's just kind of a norm in the industry here. The agency has a solid rep and like I genuinely don't know why I didn't even hear anything. I deadass think the guy on the phone must have thought i'm someone else.
