In general, in Canada (and the U.S.), lawyers can't question a complainant in a sexual assault or rape case about her sexual history unless the complainant and the accused have been in a relationship. That's not true in this case...

I agree with you, Doc. Based on my earlier gut feelings about the case and now the actual testimony, I don't think the players are guilty. They probably made a very bad decision to get involved with this woman, but what happened was not sexual assault. As I expected, the woman is not helping...

One interesting fact that came out is that the girl had a boyfriend at the time of the incident and she admits that she cheated on him.
