I had a friend, who got into trouble with the law as a juvenile, and was turned away at the border. I assume the ppl who are most affected, are ones who have a record, or had their identity flagged with suspicious activities. This is also probably why SP's are afraid to report any criminal...

Are you all using the same software to blur? If so, I'm guessing it's easier to reverse engineer when you know the software that was used to blur it, in the 1st place. Just an educated guess, as I am not smart enough to actually know how to do it.
