what i would do is the following, BEFORE the session, but the girl I would give her $240 for the session, but $250 if she makes me happy.. this way, she will worker hard to make that extra $10.. not to be cheap, but anything over $10 set the wrong expectation for the girls and screws it up for...

some guys just give big tips like $50 or even $100 bucks, and that screw it up for everyone else, also spoil the girls where they expect a tip everytime
