Not totally true. There is systemic racism towards indigenous patients throughout Canada. There was a case all over the media not too long ago in Quebec. The woman died as a result of discrimination. Everyone else waits forever for care, but at least aren’t neglected and insulted.

Agree with you about intent, but we are not in a court of law. We are not prosecuting the person who restricts ethnicities on their advertisement. We are not seeking the justification for the restriction. The only thing we can identify is "No blacks" on the ad. Regardless of the reason behind...

I don’t know if English is your first language, because you best be careful. Terms like "pure bread" or "mixed race" recall eugenics. We are all mixed. How far back do you want to go in our family trees?

Aren’t you a lawyer? Excluding an entire race is racism. It doesn’t matter what the motivations for it are. It doesn’t mean they don’t like that race. Hell, they could even be from that race. They just don’t want them to show up at their door.

Both. Having a black friend doesn’t excuse your racist behaviour with regards to excluding the those races.
