I think agencies will use a 9pm cutoff or earlier. I’d also make the argument new girls may join the roster if their day jobs have been impacted. As I mentioned, for the top tier agencies, I don’t think this curfew will have too negative an impact.

Yup. Many agencies, however, shut down at the height of pandemic (April 2020). Keep in mind, too, that most agency girls are usually finished by 10pm anyway, so I wouldn’t anticipate a huge impact to the agency business.
