From my experience, it is not very common to have it on the menu. I never ask for it however. If it happens, so be it :) I have had it from maybe 1 out of every 15 SP's.

The number of posts someone has is not always an indicator of how much time is spent on the boards. There are a number of members who do a lot of reading without a lot of posting.

I was also a bit disapointed in the turn out at this one. As someone who has been to many of these, this was not a memorabe one.

I will not comment on the morality issue, or the TS/TV issue. I will say however that loosing BBE and all his posts is a real shame. He was one of only a few on this board that gave more than he gained. I for one will miss reading his posts, which were always straight to the point. Perhaps one...

That's a good idea Fred, but only applies to those on Windows. In any case, I am running the standard OS X firewall, and dare I say on the "other" board I don't have to enter my username and PW after not browsing for a few minutes. I did not have this issue before the upgrade on this site.

this version seems to log you out too soon. I used to be able to refresh the page without having to log back in with username & pw, and yes I do have cookies enabled.

I think Mod2 has done a good job so far, but if we all have rules to follow on Merb, they should be applied to all people, equally.

They had an ad about 10 days ago in Journal de Montreal stating that the re-opening was Sep. 4th under new administration. I don't know about the website though.
