St Huberts: It's OK. I like how they give you the gravy. The meat is softer and tender.
Boston Market: The skin is crispier, though St. Huberts has better meat. Larger sides and corn bread.

That's true. But I think he meant using a Capital One card to buy something in another country, not for cash advances. (i.e. buying a bucket of lard at IGA :p).
With most other credit cards, if you purchase something in another country, you will be charged a fee in addition to the transaction.
Not nitpicking, but I think it's relevant to mention.
You don't need to be a full-blown citizen of either country to open a bank account; you need to be a resident, for tax purposes.
