In my case I charge the rate I had when the guy first contacts me. So if he first contacted me in June to set up a rdv for August, and I change my prices right before the rdv I would charge him my old June rates.

I don't see how this supports your point. Regardless of those articles, it is still completely illegal to have an unpaid entry-level job whereas there exists the possibility of an unpaid internship. That alone should be sufficient to show that there is a difference between the two.

The problem here really is that you're treating internships and entry-level jobs as the same. They are most definitely NOT the same thing. And the proof is that it's legal to have unpaid internships, but illegal to have unpaid entry-level jobs. Why is that?
