I am pretty sure people let you know if they do CIM before you book as it can be a deal breaker. If the person doesn’t usually do it but accepts to do it with you because you’re a regular, that’s when the “she does things she doesn’t normally do with you” comes in play

You would know if you repeat. You’d notice from her ads that she doesn’t offer that, or that she normally charges a certain price for that and might have given you a lower one or no price at all.
