agreed. Been using Hilton holtels mostly for the last 3 years. Bonus is that they have a great travelers' program. BTW, I've discovered that the Hyatt has 10 smoking rooms and that the Bonaventure has only 4 since the reno. I didn't call the Queen E. I've never liked it. However...
