Obvious jokes about "check for probes" aside :D , I'd urge you to go see a doctor ASAP. You have symptoms closely related to some forms of mental illness/diseases such as dementia,schizophrenia to name but two... it could also be a symptom of some STD's (think late stages of syphillis,etc.)...
