HPV can be transmitted through skin-to-skin contact even when the person who is carrying it is not having a herpes outbreak and after you contract the HPV, there is a chance it will manifest itself as herpes/ warts so if you haven't gotten the HPV shot, i wouldn't suggest doing that, it's kinda...
