Wine enthusiasts, harvest season will be right around the corner before we realise it and what better way to celebrate it than by visiting one
of our top wine producing Canadian regions together:
Ontario: Niagara peninsula
Recognized for its incomparable and internationally known ice wines, Niagara is the most developed and well known wine region in Canada.

Special event: 63rd annual Niagara wine festival, September 13th-28th.
Let’s start the day with an enlightening brunch, spend an afternoon strolling through some lush vineyards, sampling Canadian wines at some
of the best wineries, dine alfresco on 5 courses in the evening at an upscale estate and perhaps learn the secrets of the art of wine and food
pairing together.
British Columbia: Okanagan Valley
Known for its picturesque wineries that overlook its natural surroundings, Okanagan Lake, Okanagan valley is one of the warmest regions
in all of Canada. The quality of grapes grown there produces some of the best wines in the country.

How would you like to sit on a deck and enjoy fall tapas at a wine shop and art gallery?
How about attending a 5 course wine paired dinner and a burlesque show at a vineyard or perhaps a quiet cellar dinner by candle light?
Maybe a wine tasting cruise and a grape stumping bash for a little bit more excitement? One also cannot overlook the opportunity to attend
a gourmet cheese and wine seminar and partake in a 10 year vertical tasting! The fun-filled possibilities are endless!
Nova Scotia: Annapolis Valley
Situated on one of the cooler climate limits for vines, Nova Scotia has focused its production on hybrids varietals that require less heat then
the norm to thrive. It is also interesting to note that the region has had a long and rich tradition for growing grapes for wine dating back to the 1600s.
During my numerous visits to Halifax over the last few years, thanks to the gentlemen with whom I had the pleasure of spending time
with and have helped me expand my repertoire of Canadian wines, I have discovered a new love for several products from the Annapolis
Valley. Needless to say that I would love to accompany you and experience some of Nova Scotia’s premier wines and sip and savor some true
Nova Scotia taste while fall colors are bursting!

Quebec: Easter Townships
20 or so vineyards, each unique with their own distinctive personalities, are located along gorgeous mountains, hills and valleys. Some grape
growers and wine producers have been involved in the passion of wine making for over 30 years while others are brand new and are striving
to be discovered. Let’s experience the New England charm with sassy Quebec flair!
