After getting stung with a hefty telephone bill (nearly C$200) at Sofitel hotel where I stayed on my last visit to Montreal in August, I'm happy to see that Skype calling seems to become another mainstream alternative to booking in Montreal's Hobbyland. I rather my money goes to the deserving ladies and the teams that help them safely, soundly, economically and reliably to their engagements.
It would cost me an arm and a leg to use my mobile in Canada since my US carrier loves to rack up roaming charges to fatten their corporate executives and shareholders.
My question is are the agencies giving Skype callers the same priorities as calls they receive from hotel landlines or Canada's mobile devices? Is it a case of penny wise and pound foolish, for folks like me.
