Me, generally, anything vintage or vintage-inspired.

In the lower-end, Hamilton (excellent value for money).
In the mid-range, true manufactures like Zenith and Nomos (again, both excellent value for money).
In the high-end, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, and Glashutte Original.


I also enjoy searching out vintage Omega and Zenith.

This jogged my memory about some watches my son got from his uncle many years ago, maybe someone knows something about these, value?
1) Patek Philippe Genev........... On the back same thing plus #168 & Swiss made
2) Cartier................................ On the back Cartier, Quartz, Swiss made , Or et acier
3) Cartier ( Looks like...Mustde in writing ).............. On the back.. Nothing

He has more but does not know where they are right now.

I found a store that sells Patek on Sherbrook ( Kaufmann de Suisse ) I will be dropping by this week.

Caritier is mostly renown for his high end jewelery but also makes certain nice watch pieces !

I would love to dicuss about rolex ,blancpain , hublot, zenith, omega or jaeger lecoultre but i'm more into the poor men watch ! I own a vostok amphibia 2416b very sturdy and i have abuse it dropped it on cement then bought a kit to be able to open it and fix the rotor . Also swim and dive (29m) with it and only today got water or moist in it. I will take my shower to check that is sealed perfectly. My other watches are a acutron Automatic and a keneth cole skeleton that i bought a fearly good price.

Three watches that i had in my hand that i drooled over it omega black side of the moon , blancpain fifty phantom , breget type xxi , jager lecoultre memovox tribute to deep sea .....
My Graall watch is an original bulova acutron open face !!
My next watch is going to be a seiko five. But to find the right price around 200$ and be as sturdy and tough as my vostok will be difficult.
