Are high turnover rates the sign of a bad agency?

High turnover rates are a typical sign of weakness in any organization. Can the same be said about escort agencies? I think so but I would like to hear from clients, SPs and especially agency owners. The latter can let me know if my (mis)perception of most agencies is wrong.

I would not say that it represents a bad agency (Not all the time....) During the slower periods.. ie.. Winter some of the ladies look around for agencies that will be able to offer more work.

she organises many a dinner which is an excelent opertunity to not only meet her and the girls but for the guys to meet in a non stressful enviroment the girls and get to know potential clinets and see how they are in a social enviroment--nice guys -gentlemen--so when they actually book the girls there is less getting to know and more straight to the point.

That's a great idea! How often are those events? Is she the only agency doing this?

Another reason for high turnovers in businesses is that their industry is too healthy (if not on fire) and their is a lot of competition for the scarcest of resources good employees. The competition for good SW programmers is like that in Montreal these days. It hasn't been discussed much yet but there's been a lot of new agencies that have appeared lately and I would think that competition to hire SPs is causing some turnover for SP agencies. In the end, competition is always good and healthy for any industry and their customers.

Of course, the better agencies, like Celine's and SD will hang on to their stars because they know their value. BTW, I have also heard some interesting stories, which I can't repeat here, regarding how Celine has gone well above her responsibilities to help out girls and applaud her for this.
