Wanted to just share my experience with hobbyists. I abandonned these activities back in 2006, cause my wife almost caught me. I posted under the name CryWolf back then.

When the shit hit the fan, I swore to myself NEVER touch this forbidden fruit again.

After 4 years, I couldn't resist the temptation and I'm meeting an SP tomorrow.

Any thoughts on that?

You just experienced the FUll scope of that which is Roland. There's nothing more.

If you don't know already, he's a non-hobbyist (so he claims, but very questionable) who rages against exploiting women, while helping run, direct, and promote members attempting to exceed each other in enjoying their indulgences of male superiority over women on the blue board. "Dumbass", is the depth of his mind and class...conscienceless hypocrisy included.

OOOPS! That wasn't quite fair. He does have the word "boobies" in his vocabulary. That makes 2.

It's tough to eat and dine at the same table for years, i need to taste other meals to get my juice flowing.

I was part of a long discussion on Terb about this some time ago. I admitted to having an affair during my first marriage... It was emotional, went on for years and ultimately destroyed my marriage. I have since remarried... to the woman who was my mistress. I am very happily married and we have a great life together... We share everything, including your very own Roxanne!

In spite of all of this, I still hobby. It doesn't affect my marriage at all. Seeing an SP is (for me) just a physical thing. There is no emotional attachment, although I have become friends with some of the girls I've see over the years. I used to be full of guilt over this, but eventually accepted that that's just the way I am. If I wasn't seeing SPs, then I would probably be out chasing other women. In my warped way of looking at things, I see SPs as helping me stay loyal to my wife. My job is flexible so I can see ladies during "business hours", and money isn't an issue. I am extremely careful about STIs etc.

I don't think this is fucked logic. Very true excpet I fall in love with nearly every Montreal SP I see. However, it is only a momentary imaginary type of love that i can get over very quickly.

Weren't you the guy who posted on here that your wife went through the computer history and found out about it? Or I am mistaking you with the million other guys who get caught with their pants down (or off)?
I don't look at MERB or SP sites from any computer that is used by anyone other than myself...that includes the computers at work and the computer at my GF's house. I can't imagine why anyone would for a moment think they could do that without eventually screwing up and getting caught.
As for hobbying again, I have been an in-and-outer (so to speak) for years. Currently in, thinking of taking another break. Good luck. Do what your heart tells you, and for God's sake don't feel guilty about where your cock goes. There's enough other stuff in this life to feel bad about.
