Cloudsurf, with all due respect, I doubt the first story is true. The girl was minor 17 ok. But if she did consent and there is 2 years or less of age difference than it's all good! If the guy was 20 and the girl 17... then it's a different story. There is a case, not yet judged, where the girl is around 16 and her regular boyfriend is 20-21. Even with the full consent, even of their parents, which is the case, accusations were done. Let's wait to see what the judge will say on this one. Virgin or not has nothing to do in the affair. Ages and consent will be determine what will happen... But a minor can not give her/his consent if the mate is older than 2 years. That's the law in Canada (criminal code).

Mais si je me base sur l'article 1, il faut avoir une intention de causer un "trouble" pour être reconnu coupable. Pour ce qui est de l'article 2, l'intention est implicite mais le fait de vouloir baiser dans un coin reculé (derrière un buisson, par exemple) contredit l'intention de vouloir s'exhiber.

Ma question principale demeure donc valide: Y a-t-il un endroit, dans la région de Montréal, où il serait possible d'avoir un quickie en plein soleil, à l'abri des regards, avec une SP consentante?

La bonne c'est combien ca coute pour être acquitter ou avoir un non- lieux ou négocier le retrait des accusations ou une absolution inconditionnelle .
