Best time to visit Montreal?

Curious-

What do you consider to be the BEST time to visit Montreal for the hobby?

Contingent on the following factors:

1. availability of escorts

2. price of hotels

3. price of flights

I'm going to pick #1. The only reason I come to Montreal is for the women. I can always find a decently priced hotel (thanks to this board) and if I can't find a cheap flight I just drive up from NYC.

In my opinion there's never a bad time to visit Montreal, even in the middle of winter. Hotel prices will be strongly influenced by demand of course, so in general stay away from the major festivals, particularly in the summer months. However, that's also when the greatest numbers of escort are working so you may have to pick between those two which you want to maximize. Price of flights seems to be mostly related to the cost of fuel, and I find that harder to predict.

That being said, my favorite time to visit is the early to mid fall, but that's as much to do with the changing leaves in the parks and the cooler weather.

if you want the winter flavour, then visit in February.

hotels are very booked up in the Fall starting late August - November due to the numerous conferences/conventions in town.

May seems to be very quiet in the hobby annually imo, so you might have an easier time booking hotel and ladies at the top of your TDL.

Seems to me anytime between the hours of five pm and one am would be about the best time to visit. :noidea:
