No one answered the original question.
Runner up in Canada - Toronto , just for the shear size of choice. The only other city in the game would be Vancouver.
US - Vegas has the choice but the cost is outrageous and there are a lot of bait and switch with any agency
NY used to be a great place for SP's and reasonable incall places. After Julie's of NYC was closed down, there have been very few places in NY and none are safe. There was a place called Tiffany's that was a legend. Tiffany, the madam, was a French woman, who specialized in the hot girl next door, most of them American, and there was a balance of Spanish, European and Brazillian girls. Tiffany could speak 5 different languages, French being her native tongue. She provided herself, the MILF, in her 40s. She was a native of France. Tiffany retired in the late 1990s after she lost her lease in a well known building in Midtown. Rumor had it she opened a second hand furniture shop and she has not been in the business since. She said she doesn't want the headache. She probably saved alot. But for $160 US, you could get a complete GFE from a really pretty girl. The unnerving part of her place was it was always busy and you had to share a waiting room with other "clients" or Johns. She gave you the option of covering your face with a magazine while waiting.
Julie's followed the same model. I believe her hourly fee before it was closed down was $180. I didn't go there for the last 3 or 4 years. The quality was mixed, from so so to really hot. Even her 20 year old niece worked for her for a brief time. Her niece, nicknamed Heaven from MN, was a hot (busty blonde) and gave great service, but her career was short-lived.
It was really Bloomberg who closed down the Incall places in NYC, not Gulliani, as it is legended. Gulliani made a great difference in violent crime in NY, and when Bloomberg came in, he targeted Incall places as places of nusiance, and put more police resources to close them down. Guilliani probably was successful with street prostitution.
In the 1970s, NYC was the mecca. There were walk in places which were set up like massage parlors, where for $120 and a $20 to $40 tip, you could get uncovered full service. This was before the AIDS days. And the girls were the hot student types that went to NYU, Barnard or Columbia. Those days are long gone. These places closed a long time ago but were regularly advertised in Screw Magazine. STDs were far less likely at that time.
I really don't recommend hobbying in NYC. You must either pay a traveling agency alot 350 to 400 US, or take a chance on some newly advertised agency that will either rip you off, get you arrested or by luck you may have a good experience.
