Pretty decent boxing match coming up on 12/16

Two questions:

1) What is my best bet to get to Place Bell in Laval from Downtown if I did not want to drive? (Metro looks impossible)

2) Is that fight getting publicity in Montreal? I know MTL likes to support their own in Lemieux. Trying to gauge if it will be an difficult ticket to score.
