Blackberry Help needed ---> device locking.

Hi there folks, I need some help.

I have a friend, who is working for a company in a foreign country, whose post mail system is not reliable ...... (read mail man / postal service steals shit from you).

I want to send him a Blackberry, that has 1.voip capability 2. the ability to password lock down the mobile OS, such as iPhone. so that if mail man steals BlackBerry it will be useless..

IS THIS POSSIBLE? What BB OS/ devices is this possible on? Thanks in advance.

I have a BlackBerry Q10 - there are a number of VoIP clients available for that model, and the phone can easily be password protected.

1 is possibel since many voip availabel for blackberry especialy new bb10 devices like q10, passport, q5, z10, classic, z30, ect sice it can run android apps and blackberry apps.

2 is not possibel since evry blackberry that i scene wen a blackberry is password protectd and someone enters password incorectly abut 10 times, the blackberry is completly wipe clean so all information is gone but it is like a new blackberry for the person who stole or found it until it can be blocked on imei but depends on country.
