not sure if american shakdown is true but i heard that in some places in the us, if non americans (like canadiens) get stoped by the police for speeding or trafic moving infraction, they will ask you to pay fine imediately in cash (no crdit cards) or they will take you to station. i am not sur if this is true or not. because of this i allways bring caa bond paper with me when i drive in usa and also try not to get moving violation wich is dificult wen driving at speed limit and allmost all cars passing me
