I just read that the US government LOST 363 tonnes of cash evaluated to close to $12 billion. They flew planes full of cash to Iraq !

I knew as a Canadian that we were mismanaged here but this is mind-boggling. If I would be an American, I would not let Bush get away with that.

Chances are ATM aren't quite reliable and aren't easy to find in Iraq. Same with banking system. Lots of things probably must be paid cash.
