Now's the time to grab cheap airfare. Found some great international rates out there right now...and they'll be dropping more as febuary moves thru....

Newark to Dublin roundtrip for 294 on united is the cheapest ive found so far.

And for those interested in checking out the Fkk scene, now's the time. Airfare is in the mid to high 400's for the east coast to frankfurt. And the euro is down to 1.28.

Too bad it's not the case for Canada. Airfare prices are still quite high. For those Canadians living close to the American border, it would be worthwhile for them to drive to the States & fly from there.

depends on what you think your time is worth... drive 2 hours (4 hours round trip) to save $200, or even $400?

what's your sweet spot, doc? how far would you drive to save what amount of $? and that's not counting gas/wear 'n tear/etc. on your car. (i'm asking about convenience savings, not a "sight seeing while going to the airport" trip excuse.)

With some airports you'd waste most of your savings on parking the car...7 to 10 bucks a day is the norm im guessing. A week your looking at 60 bucks. Add gas and the 200 savings is closer to 100.
