I'd agree with the advice to just hire an escort and tell her what you would like. Most escorts would probably happily accommodate you.

I would also recommend that you visit a couple strip clubs like Chez Paree and Kingdom. Touching the girls is allowed in the private booths (though kissing is generally not allowed). Certain girls can show you lots of affection and give you lots of touch during a dance. If you are willing to spend as much (or more) as you would for an escort then you might find the kind of physical affection that you seem to desire, but there would be no expectation of sex.

@charlus, it might help if you explained what you mean by "appreciating the charms of a companion." When I think that way, I mean enjoying an SP's personality.
