You are making light of this news story, but I posted for a more serious reason, namely, so that if anyone who reads this Board has AIDS/HIV maybe it will give them some hope of being free of this condition. I am not sure people afflicted with this disease will find these comments appropriate. This news story is not a joke.

Its amazing what nature can do. If this turns out to be true we must hope that the drug will actually make it to market as the Pharmaceutical industry would undoubtedly try to quash this. After all there is no money to be made in a cure, continous treatment is how they make their profits. Wouldn't it be incredible if all STD's could be cured? Oops, then the condom industry would take a huge hit. I wonder if the guys doing this research won't accidentally end up becoming a meal for the Crocs'. Crikey!
