Yes for payout/direct credit it's the service fee that throne charges.
Say the person set a 100$ gift. The gifter will see a 110$ (rounded up) item charges.

Yes, exactly. I thought you meant there was a large percentage taken on my side, like OF does. I receive the full amount on Throne but the client pays a fee when buying. Unless the amount is large, it's a small price to pay to reassure the provider you wish to meet when there's no other way!

Yes, for small amounts it doesn't hurt that much but passing a certain threshold it stings lol

Make sure the gift card is in the right currency. I have accidentally sent Amazon US to a provider in the past.
I have used paypal in the past Many providers ask for ID and know who I am anyway.
When PayPal is not an available deposit option, and since I can’t do e transfer, I just email them I would like to send the deposit by gift card and they will tell me which one they want and how much. One provider was very sweet and even sent me the link for every gift card options
