Hello,

Stop a Douchbag has been in operating in Moscow for the past 5 years.

To me, it's a combination of Parking Wars meets Cops, but these are just young adults trying to stop people from parking badly and driving on sidewalks.

This reminds me of the dick-less guardian angels in NYC, disenfranchised dick weeds that have no power by pretend to be do gooders. Putting a sticker on a persons double parked car will get you stabbed, shot or run over.
