I have just recently tried a massage place (I usually stick to Escorts), but there's this girl that I know... blah blah...

Long story short, why is it that Massage Parlors are always afraid of advertising as an incall or Full Service? If Incalls exist, how are massage parlors that offer FS any different? I am not understanding the legal point of view in this. Could someone please enlighten me? It seems very interesting...

Massage parlors are licensed by the City to operate as Massage Parlors. Massages are legal. If you notice, they have signs and all. They are considered a legit business.

Incalls are operating with no legality curtain: they are illegal, no matter what, end of story. They have no signs and are not licensed. They are not a legit business. Having a local dedicated to full sexual services is considered a bawdy house.

MP are not supposed to offer sexual services, they provides legit massages. That's what their license is allowing them to do. If they start providing full sexual services, they contravene to their license terms and, at the same time, become bawdy houses.

Cops are not that dumb, they know lots of MP are frequented exclusively by men who are looking for a special massage. HJ have been happening in MP since ages and cops won't bother. They also know some places offer more than a rub-and-tug. These places are certainly making some cops pay more attention but again, they probably won't bother unless there's other illegal stuff happening. But cops being humans, they have to protect a certain image of caring so, if somebody (a person or group) stick the fact FS happen in a certain MP, at some point the cops will have to react. It can even be a competitor MP who lodge a complaint to the cop.

That's why I ask peoples to keep it simple and only share what might happen above a simple rub-and-tug with trusted peoples, by PM only.
