A few years back I saw a Reddit thread discussing why some people have fetishes most find revolting (getting shitted/farted/vomited on, etc). Although the usual reasons came up (some people enjoy being degraded), an interesting other one, as far as straight men go, is in the dichotomy between beauty and filth.

Basically, a beautiful woman doing something 'unladylike', or completely contrary to the male fantasy ideal of the 'pristine, perfect Goddess', can actually trigger extreme arousal in some men
