There was a recent article about an Australian guy who lived on a potato (sweet and white) only diet for 12 months and lost 110 lbs.
Not only did he lose that weight but he feels healthier than ever with lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
Now my first thought was that it was fake news or the guy cheated by taking protein and vitamin supplements.
Then I thought about it and wondered how gorillas, hippos and bulls could build such strong muscles on a diet of grass and leaves .
Well while vegetation posses very little or no protein...it has plenty of enzymes and amino acids that most animal`s digestive system and metabolism can convert into protein.

So maybe one can truly live a healthy life eating only spuds and pussy.

If this topic bores you then what do you think of concentrated pussy juice. Tangy, salty and a bit like Italian dressing.....very tasty.

There is a similar diet with bananas. Like, eat as many bananas as you can all day everyday and you're supposed to lose weight and feel great. Hahaha

On a serious note, I’ve come across a fasting approach that seems to be more effective than just cutting your calories daily. Specifically there’s the 5:2 fasting approach where you eat normally 5 days out of the week (just don’t go overboard with junk food) and then just eat one 500-600 calorie meal on the other 2 days. I’m going to look into this when I return from my trip. Years ago I went on the paleo diet and lost over 20 lbs but wasn’t able to sustain that weight loss unfortunately. Hopefully I have better luck with this one.

Exercice! Only way to loose weight and keep it off. Easier said then done ;)

Regarding pussy juice you guys are gross! That said, I always tough that eating a pussy is like eating fresh tuna. If it's too smelly no go!! haha

Cheers,

I have been doing the 16-8 fasting approach for 3 months now. I have attained 100% weight control with it, and I don't have time to exercise which I yearn but apparently don't need to control my weight. Easy to gain, and now easy to lose.

Basically, you eat in an 8 hour window, the other 16 hours you don't eat, although you can have water, coffee, tea and the likes. I mostly eat organic, for the taste first, second for the freedom from chemicals.
The method does a body good since you are not processing food/building up insulin/putting your body in go-go mode (producing cells), lets your body fall into repair mode, which you don't get if you are processing food constantly.
Just my 2 cents of experience...

For various health reasons I have been eating a Paleo Diet for around 5 years now. I do have cheat days and if I am on vacation or in Montreal the diet doesn't apply. But I avoid carbs, especially processed carbs, and sugars. I typically have a Noosa yogurt for breakfast, a veggie salad with diced ham for lunch, and 4/5 ounces meat and a vegetable side dish for dinner. I eat a lot of sauerkraut, because of the all-important probiotic content, which I also get from the yogurt. I also always eat yogurt when in Canada, as I found the commercial yogurts in Canada have a much lower sugar content than the similar brands sold in the USA.

One of my co-workers was on the potato diet mentioned by Cloudsurf, although she modified it. She microwaved a whole potato, and once cooked, she would cut it open like a baked potato and put guacamole on it. She would have a few meals like that every day. To me this this would get a little boring.

The best diet system is the IIFYM program, it is easy to follow once you get the hang of it.
You can eat any sort of crap you want as long as you adjust your other intake to allow it.
All you need to know is on the internet, nobody is making money off it, it is not a scam.

I mostly follow a keto diet. I did lose 26 pounds in the first 26 weeks, it was very hard for about a week but once I got used to it, it was easy.
I adjust my carbs to fit my activity level and weight goals.

Biggest single thing anyone can do is go on a food tracking app like Myfitnesspal. Most people eat garbage all day without even thinking about it. If you force yourself to enter every single thing you eat you will notice how much bad stuff you are eating.
Tracking your food shows what works for you, you can see right away what makes you fat.
Some things, especially breads and baked goods make me bloat and gain weight, avoiding them makes me lose weight.
After going low carb I get sugar highs, much more sensitive to high glycemic foods.
And I used to eat that shit all the time! No wonder people feel crappy on bad diets and junk food.

Simply focussing on calorie intake alone does not work. Humans are not machines. Everyone has different insulin reactions, sensitivity to sugar, activity levels, body composition, resting metabolic rates etc...
Your body reacts to 500 calories of sugary donut differently than 500 calories of steak or 500 calories of fresh garden salad with lots of fiber.

I personally don't believe in diets, I got my 6 pack from stop drinking booze and eating moderatly plus a ton of exercise. It's been some time now that I havent gotten above 12 percent body fat. They key is consistency and defining healthy habits you can mantain a long time.

Westwoody,

In addition to that if you are on a very low carb and sugar diet and suddenly ingest a large carb and sugar meal it will make you feel sick and full. Around a month ago I went to a pancake breakfast as part of a reunion of high school classmates. I ordered the large stack of "Cinnabon Pancakes" which were five large pancakes laced with cinnamon and brown sugar in the style of the famous Cinnabon pastry. It had to be around 5,000 calories. I only was able to eat a little more than half and I felt strange the rest of the day.

It's okay to have cheat days, we are all human after all, but if you are on a very low carb low sugar diet you have to be careful not to have a sugar and carb orgy on the cheat days or you will feel funny and it could effect you gastrointestinally. My carb and sugar cheats tend to be pizza and ice cream, and I tend to binge when I eat either of these foods. Eating two pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream will send your triglyceride levels off the charts if you have a blood test the next day. I know this from experience because I did this once the night before my pre-annual physical blood test. I thought I would be fine as long as I fasted the next morning.

My doc got the results and when he sat down with me he said, "did you fast before your blood test?" I said, "yeah, I did." He then said, "what the hell did you eat the prior night? Your triglyceride level is off the charts!" I then confessed. So I had to go for a repeat test. Usually my cholesterol is pretty good although my blood pressure is creeping up.

Funny you mention that. I went to a party and they had two gigantic slab cakes that were incredibly delicious.
Usually I don't go for that stuff but I really pigged out and had about four pieces. Felt like crap later!

Since I log my sessions I can really see when eating badly ruins my workout.

You are right about cheat days too. I tried living the keto plan 24/7 and kept failing over and over.
One cheat meal a week was all it took to make it tolerable.

Edit...okay at least four. Maybe more.
