A few years ago, myself and my favorite lady (back then) had supper at Loews' Le Concord, a revolving restaurant atop the hotel's roof. I've never eaten so well, to be honest. Everything i could think of was available on the buffet. Instead of going out dancing at Daggobert's after supper, we struggled back to our hotel located in Ste-Foy and were asleep by 9pm, only to wake up the next day. Shamelessly, i must admit that we had eaten like oagres!
I also agree with Facemaster: Louis Hebert is very recommendable.
